What is Complete Challenge? It’s a 21 day challenge of commitment to help you work towards achieving your goals
-
How much does it cost to join? It’s just £5 to join and enter each new round of the challenge. £4 of the registration fee goes directly to the prize fund. £1 is put towards the running costs of the challenge. To take part in the challenge you also need to purchase your Herbalife Nutrition products, from as little as a basic starter plan including Shake and Tea to a complete nutrition plan personalised for you by your coach. The Complete Challenge is a not-for-profit-challenge.
-
What categories are there?Weight loss – For those wanting to lose a stone or more Shape and Tone - For those wanting to lose under a stone Lean and Shred – For those who want to start gaining some lean muscle mass and sculpt the body more. Over 50’s – We’ve grouped together people aged 50 and over as the body goes through lots of hormonal changes (especially women) around this time. Meaning that weight loss can be slightly slower.
-
How much money do the winners gets? The prize fund is determined by the amount of people that enter the challenge on each round. The prize fund is split between the categories.
-
Will everyone get to see the images I submit?Your photos will only be seen by yourself and the website admin. If you decide not to submit your end photos for any reason the start photos will not be public. It is only when you submit your start and end photos that your photos will be uploaded for final voting.
-
Do I need someone to refer me to take part? No, not at all, anyone can take part. If someone hasn’t invited you to take part simply fill out the contact us form via the website or email us on info@completechallenge.co.uk and we will reach out directly to you to help get you set up.
-
What kind of support will I get during the Complete Challenge? There is lots of support available. We have a facebook group, whatsapp chats, daily emails, and our website with a huge library of information, meals, snacks, shakes and workouts. You have 1 to 1 support from your coach and if you have any problems or queries and want to reach us you can use the contact us form on the website.
-
I've registered now what?Once you have registered you will receive a receipt to confirm your subscription for that round of Challenge. You will then be provided with log in details to access your profile. This is where you will have access to a library of information, workouts, meals and much more. You will then need to join the facebook group if you aren’t already in it and contact your coach for the link to the whatsapp chat.
-
Can I change my email address?Yes you can change details on your own profile. If you aren’t receiving emails the first thing to do is check you have entered your email correctly in your profile.
-
Will I be sent a food plan?We don’t send you a meal plan, however your 1 to 1 coach will go through with you how to use your products. You will also be able to download one our weekly planners and plan your week with Shakes, Meals and snack recipes from the site. We give guidance on planning your week, how to make your shakes and how to increase your chances of getting great results in 21 days.
-
When do I submit my photos?Photo submission opens the day before the challenge starts. So even if you sign up early you wont be able to submit the photos until the link is sent out. But you can benefit from using the website before! The day before the challenge starts you’ll be sent an email containing all the photo guidelines to help you with photo submission.
-
Do I have to post in the support groups during the challenge? You don’t have to no, but we certainly encourage you to engage with the community as you will find many people are on a similar journey or are feeling the same as you. One of the best things about the challenge is the support everyone gives each other. We have noticed the difference that it can make to peoples results and staying on track.
-
Do I have to submit my final pictures?Well, we would love you to, but sometimes people can be unsure if they have made enough progress to win, but in every case, they don’t give themselves enough credit for what they have achieved. When the final images are submitted we will go through them to make sure they meet the photo guidelines, and then select finalists to go to the vote.
-
What are the photo guidelines? The photo guidelines will be sent to you before submitting your start and end photo via email. But if you need to look over the guidelines for any reason they are available by clicking here
-
How are the winners chosen?Once all the final images are submitted we will go through and select X finalists from each category. Once this is done we allow all the challengers who took part to vote. Everyone then votes and we have our winners. We will select First and Second place for each of the categories. Prizes will be awarded on our celebration call.
-
Do I need to attend the Celebration call?Ideally yes, as part of the community be awarded a prize is a big deal, knowing that you’ve got great results and being voted for by your fellow challengers is amazing. So not only for you to support the other people winning but as a winner its great to be on the call to claim your prize. You will have 48 hours after the winners announcement to claim your prize using the contact form with the details requested. Sadly we have in the past had prizes unclaimed and then winners request to claim a month later. We have set a 48 hour timeframe in place to avoid this. If the prize isn’t claimed the monetary value will be sent to the HNF – Herbalife Nutrition foundation charity which feeds thousands of underprivileged children on a daily basis.
-
Can I keep taking part in the Challenges?Yes of course! We would love for you to join us again if you enjoyed the challenge. Its most certainly something we encourage this and are passionate about people getting back to back results. From our experience it helps keep people motivated and stay on track, enabling challengers to break down their goals into 21 day bite size goals rather than one end goal.
